An email's on its way to you. It'll ask you to click a big blue button to confirm that the address is right.
Once you've done that, a second email will gambol over to your inbox. It has instructions and links so that you can get the chapters on whatever reading machine you use.
The email could end up in your spam folder. Here's how to deal with that...
Google mail
You might find my email in the ‘Promotions’ tab (at the top of your inbox). Just drag it from there into the 'Primary' tab. When it asks you if you want to do this for all future messages from me, say 'yes'.
Any other kind of email
If my email's in your ’Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder, tell your computer it isn’t spam and drag it into your inbox. Make sure it doesn’t happen again by adding me to your address book.
